He was always professional, understanding and supportive which was much appreciated trying to sell under all the circumstances we dealt with. It's comforting to work with someone who can actually look at a home and be honest about what you should expect in terms of getting your home ready for listing, or knowing what kind of house you are getting into when you are shopping.
