  Absolutely love it there, the staff are so kind and respectful and I have never been judged by anyone there. They have been amazing with my 2 dogs and never force anything that is not needed. They actually treat you like an actual person. ???????? Plus they are open 24/7 and do not charge a ridiculous emergency fee where you have to give up your baby because other places are to $$$$

  Took my chihuahua here last night at 1:30am after she was bit by our other dog. They were very caring and compassionate and took me for a tour to see where she should be having surgery and where she'd be staying.
  There is no emergency fee like Pembina animal hospital and the atmosphere is very calming and positive.
  I only have good things to say about their staff and facility. I felt at peace leaving her there.

  This was my first time here, looking to find a new vet for my dog. The place is so spacious and clean. The girls at the front desk were so nice and helpful with providing everything that I needed. I was so impressed by how the nurse and Dr. Ly handled my dog, he was so anxious and nervous and they were patient and took the time to try to get him comfortable to thoroughly exam him. I can't emphasize enough that all of the staff are so friendly, so sad that Dr. Ly will be going on mat leave shortly as I was hoping that she would be our primary vet. But I do wish her well and am so grateful for the experience that we had today.
