  good experience, car was fixed ahead of time and rental car provided was similar to my own carvin size. no issues and staff was friendly and kept me up to date.

  I had been involved in an accident to where the front pumper of my vehicle was damaged. I had called Birchwood Collision to set up the assessment appointment and to my surprise.....I was in within days. They were very prompt and communicated everything to me on the findings. The parts were ordered and in a week, my vehicle was in getting repaired. They told me it would be 4 days to repair and they held to that time. I would highly recommend Birchwood Collision. Quick, knowledgeable and a one stop shop for repairs.

  I brought my car here after being rear-ended to have it assessed. Due to the collision I was unable to close my trunk/display my licence plate properly. (I had to ratchet strapped the trunk closed). When I returned to pick my vehicle up after the assessment, the Birchwood technicians had adjusted my trunk enough that it now closes and latches properly as well as they moved some pieces around so my licence plate is now screwed in properly and visible! Fantastic, above and beyond service.. If MPI doesn't write my car off (fingers crossed), I will be returning there to have the repairs done!

  As a business we constantly strive to provide our customers with a high level of service. I was very impressed with the service at Birchwood Collision. They explained the repair process thoroughly, kept me updated through out the repair, and my vehicle was perfect when I picked it up. Friendly staff that were happy to assist in any way. Getting in an accident is never a fun thing, and always a pain when dealing with MPI, but they made the experience great. Thank you guys!
