They will learn that it is easy to avoid conflict, when they are confident enough to know that they are no longer a helpless victim. The members are always willing to help and always there to guide you with any martial art you choose to train in. The coaches are awsome and highly skilled when your child loves it so will you. Then the whole family will follow. Imagine time with the family, all getting fit and confident in an un-judgmental environment. It is what happened to my family. We are not looking back. Been coming here for about 4 years with no prior experience. The coaching here is top-notch. I've had the opportunity to attend other gyms across the country, as well as in town since I began - nothing compares. Coach's striking technique, drills and dedication to his students puts this gym above others. Whether you have experience, or a novice; looking for fitness or self-defense - this is the gym for you. I love this place, seriously if you ever in Winnipeg make sure you stop by The Canadian Fighting Center. It is a great place to train and get fit you will be surrounded by great people the staff is wonderful always welcoming. This place is awesome for people from all walks of life, you can train for fun, train to stay/get in shape or Train to become one of CFC competitive athletes but you better come willing to work hard. All egos left at the door. Come learn from one of the most talented coaches in the country who's done both fought professionally as well as coached professionals and amateurs.

Best MMA Gym in Winnipeg by far! Great location, talented coaches, clean facility and affordable prices. Whether you are looking to get in shape, or learn proper technique this is the place. Classes for all ages and skills. My children and myself have trained at 2 other gyms before coming to CFC and neither comes close !!!!
