  Great experience. Nice comfortable hotel. Friendly, polite, accommodating staff. Clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good hot breakfast (included). Modern rooms. Nice pool area with waterside.
  We have stayed here twice. Our last visit we had 1 problem: the bathroom had a film of grim on it. I spoke to the young gentleman, Chris working the reception and he offered to clean it or switch our room (he also tried to give us a discount but was unable since we had prepaid). Chris went to our room and cleaned the tub himself, he did an amazing job. When I offered to tip him since housekeeping isn't his job he outright refused the tip! I was very impressed by the level of service, in particular with Chris. Thank you Chris for making sure we had a comfortable stay.

  Rooms are very large & clean. All of the staff we spoke with were fantastic (especially the woman working overnight at the front desk!). We stayed mostly to use the pool area, which was great. It isn't a pool that an adult would have a ton of fun in (max depth is 1.1m) but for kids it's set up perfectly.

  Mixed feelings about this stay... Front desk staff were really courteous and friendly, a great first impression. Room was fine, although none of us slept well due to the very uncomfortable beds (seriously! For a brand new hotel, you'd think they could get a decent soft bed!?) and overly loud heating unit. Room was very dry.
  
  Pool was a nice size, temperature and layout, but left all of us with a cough and burning eyes. Even just being in the pool area was enough for this.
  
  Breakfast was fairly standard, but good. Breakfast staff were a little grouchy though.
  
  All in all, with so many other choices in the area, I doubt we would stay here again

  We were very impressed with the breakfast options. There were things for everyone. We also enjoyed the pool, slide and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the common areas of the hotel were very tidy. Reasonable room rates. Would recommend this hotel.

  We arrived super late and the night girl was awesome. We have 2 cats and they even gave us food and toys and water for them! Room was super nice, beds were very comfortable. Didnt care for their choice of Shampoo and Conditioner though. And cleaning staff could be nicer. Other than that loved it and would definitely stay here again
