  If you're looking for a MAJOR change in your weight loss journey, this is the answer, just be ready to put in some very hard work and to change some personal habits, (one paramount one being your diet). Your workouts are presented to you daily, leave the makeup and cologne at home - this is a place to wprkout, not a social club....and the staff helps you with executing the moves - you are monitored bi-weekly for results and if you put in the effort you'll get the results.
