  We our so glad we decided to go with FRG. The main reason we decided on FRG was the service given by Katie J Knapp. Katie took time to educate us on our idea for a wine room area and dos and donts, no one else took this time with us, she responded to emails in a timely manner and gave us solutions to ideas not problems thanks again

Service is hard to come by in this city and Katie is a valuable asset to this company. The installers Ted and Eric were also fantastic. If I was the boss I would give them a pay raise :) Thanks again Katie, Ted and Eric.

  Fast excellent service. I needed to replace a small window pane on a Friday before the Canada Day long weekend and Ft. Rouge Glass was excellent. They cut me a piece of glass while I waited and I was done in less than 20 minutes. Thank you very much for your quick and excellent service.
