John Penner is one of the most conscientious and respectable businessmen that I have ever done business with. The processes and communications throughout the entire build was excellent. Furthermore; to this day...nearly ten years later, they are still very willing to help with any issues that may come up. Without question, If we were looking to build again, John Penner would be my first call.
