Andrew was very professional in his reply and gave me the details of the steel he uses and a wonderful price for the piece I was looking for. He sent me a proof to review and once I officially placed my order the turn around was wonderful. The piece itself turned out amazing and my parents love the sign! I know it's a piece that will last forever!
