Room could adjoin to other rooms for more space, studio was sufficiently sized for a family of four including a small kitchenette. Lots of storage options and bathroom counter space. Doesn't have A/C, exhaust and bathroom fans were sufficient to circulate air when window was cracked. Pizza place downstairs makes lobby smell like pizza - great advertising for hungry guests.
