Good vegetarian food (and I'm typically picky with my food), amazing friendly staff, great hot showers, all the amenities you'd need and more. They've got a huge selection of knee benches and meditation pillows and meditation blankets for you to choose from. They've got strict covid protocols that they enforce.

These vipassana courses are a hardcore inner journey, but you have a lot of support. I highly recommend it! Everyone who works hard on the meditation comes away with palpable healing and some wisdom. For me, it gave control of my depression, showed me how to access and heal the hidden subconscious world inside, and taught me what real love and real happiness are. I'm a totally different person than when I arrived at my first course. The list of benefits is too long to fit in a review. Also, it's free! Find a time that works with your plans and give yourself this gift!

(August 5, 2021, 9:06 pm)A place to dig deep and do the work necessary to enhance your life and pave a peaceful path to happiness and harmony. Hard work but worth it. Wonderful organization with people who give back. Food is vegetarian and delicious.
