Without a doubt, Bob is committed to excellence in his work. I recently took in a saddle for re-fleecing and I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and skill. He was able to assess my saddle and explain what it was built for and how to get the best results from it. The re-fleecing was done so seamlessly it looks like original work and not a repair job. His standard is "only the best".
