If your looking for a trailer, This is the place. Extremely knowledgeable staff, great attitudes, great products. They spent a lot of time going over all the aspects about the trailer and even the towing of it. I bought a new truck on my way to get my trailer and found out I had no brake controller which they glady sold me and installed. I also purchased some ez track which is a must have for your tie downs. Their team installed the ez track as well. I will definitely be back in the future to purchase more trailers. I could not be happier all around and the knowledge I gained while there was priceless.

Fantastic service! Wendy is very knowledgeable and friendly, and she made the purchase if my new Salter folding trailer kit a pleasurable experience even with physical distancing in place. Thanks Wendy! I definitely recommend Trailers Etc for your next trailer purchase.

People working at NW Trailers Etc are awesome, warm and helpful people. I got my trailer thru a financing option, the entire process was painless because Wendy walked me through the entire process. When its time to pick up the trailer I went to their office and I was greeted by a very welcoming staff Alexis who made sure I'm welcomed and comfortable while waiting for the trailer to be released. There are some minor modifications needed to be worked on before I can tow my trailer and Norman made sure everything is safe and the trailer to be tow worthy. Overall it was a very good experience, I would recommend NW Trailers Etc to anyone who needs a trailer they have so many options from brand new to refurbished trailers and it's backed by warranty as well.

Recently I purchased a 14 foot flat deck to haul the toys around . Wendy and staff are absolutely the very best when it comes to customer service. From the emails and phone calls, right down to when I picked the trailer up a month later this buying experience was amazing , an absolute joy.
