(August 15, 2019, 4:18 pm)Best value B&B I’ve stayed in,hands down. Annette and Bill are very kind and hospitable. Super clean, amazing breakfast, private entrance, great amenities, could not ask for any better. You won't get better value anywhere else.

(January 25, 2019, 5:31 am)The room was immaculate; comfy with nice, accessible bathroom and common area has a pool table! Coffee, tea and snacks were available throughout the stay. Breakfast was for a king, with marvelous home baked muffins to go! Driving to Sun Peaks was about 40 minutes, so this makes it an excellent and affordable location to stay. The hosts are very pleasant people and my big thank you ghost two words providing a home away from home. I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this place to stay in the winter or summer.

(May 30, 2018, 2:31 am)Bill and Annette are amazing hosts and I could tell they genuinely wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room was spacious and comfortable perfect for a couple or a single person. Location is beautiful you can sit on the back porch and watch deer to your heart's content. If I ever come back to Kamloops again I know exactly where I will be staying.

(June 19, 2017, 5:55 pm)Really fantastic stay. Beautiful spot, nice and quiet, a deer came to visit. Hosts were gracious and welcoming, delivering up my most delicious breakfast right on time for me. Only thing better would be the en suite. I wouldnt hesitate to book this again. Highly recommended.
