(December 24, 2021, 4:55 pm)Very happy with all the attention and help in getting into our new vehicle. Nick Damian and Nicki made it all happen for us in 1 day even though we live out of town. Got the trade and new vehicle deal done and ready for us when we showed up in town. Felt like they went way over and above to keep my wife informed and help her choose the right vehicle. Would recommend these people to anyone and will definitely be going back to them for any more vehicles in the future. Great people great service!

He was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t waste any time. I never felt pressured and he explained everything in full detail. I will be a life long client.

The financial person, Niki was very friendly and helpful as well. They answered many of my questions before I needed to ask them, as well as the questions I did ask, very clearly. I felt respected and came away completely satisfied with the decision to purchase and with the experience in general.

Inquired about break squeel and they gave me all the info I needed to have it fixed. Half hour labour charge. Shuttle service was extremely helpful. They picked me up and dropped me off as well. So far all the Nissan dealerships I've been to in BC and AB have been extremely kind, professional and helpful. Now only if I could get that staff discount ;)

(October 19, 2021, 2:37 am)Great service. Super friendly people. Awesome comfortable atmosphere. Service tends to take longer than expected. 1-1/2 hours for a tire swap without a car wash. I’ll have to take advantage of their shuttle next time…
