(December 10, 2020, 10:27 pm)They were awesome to deal with. I had a septic back up 12/09, I called in the morning and Michel was here as quickly as he could be given my location. He cleaned the tank and checked why it backed up. He found our Sewer Pump had kicked the bucket, but did an inspection of the system to make sure everything else was in good order. I would definitely recommend using Aardvark Pumping. Unfortunately Michel ran over our retaining wall on his way out which destroyed the section so it will have to be replaced, but I would not hesitate to recommend them and/or use them again in the future

The expenses of sewage disposal raised by the city resulted in them having to raise there price for removal which is understandable and we would not expect them to eat the cost or how would their business survive and thrive. Happy to deal with them any time! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

Michel had to work extra hard and long to get the bolts off of the top as they were rusted and threadbare. But he persevered and got the job done. I appreciate his extra efforts and will see him again in 4 years!
