She went out of her way to be available with little notice, and provided one of the best reports we have seen from an inspector before. If you are buying a home, her walk through and report will give you the peace of mind you require to complete the sale. Highly recommend!

(September 23, 2020, 10:23 pm)I would recommend hiring Tracy at ‘Detailed inspections’ if you are to build or take on a significant reno job. She is a wealth of knowledge regarding BC Building Code and has the eye to find issues that are not obvious. This will allow to you manage trades on site and justify corrections based on building code. She has so much building knowledge, training and education I would not take on a massive project without someone like her.
In short, I would highly recommend Tracy’s services. She provides prompt service and goes above and beyond with a friendly smile. She was a joy to work with.
