This was the last night of a week-long trip and it did not disappoint. The owner was really nice and stayed up chatting with us about the area we had stayed in and it was an overall lovely experience. The cabin was tidy and provided more amenities than I thought it would have, there are a few cabins on the property but it somehow doesn’t feel too close together or cluttered, and there was a leashed resident dog that was incredibly friendly and sweet. The lake was super refreshing on a 32 degree day and we got to sit on a lovely sunny dock in between jumping back in to the water. There are paddle boats for use and a small boat for rent but we didn’t get around to using either. A great stop we will soon return to!

Spent the weekend at the resort with some friends and Family, and had a great time. Sid and Anne were welcoming and accommodating. We brought our dog and she had a great time playing with Anne’s dog, Polar . Campfire, laughs and nature! Just what we needed. 😀

I had originally booked this resort last year, but we had a family emergency come up and had to cancel close to our booking date. Anne was very accommodating and understanding so this was our first choice when we booked this year.

The cabin we stayed in was very clean. It was on the water side, so that was a bonus. Anne is very friendly and helpful with our questions. We stayed in the Hilton cabin and it accommodated 6 of us well.

We rented the pontoon boat for the days we were there and had no issues.

There are paddle boats for the kids. They really enjoyed those. We brought our own lifejackets, but they do have some available.

There is a small store at the resort next door for those last minute items that may have been forgotten.

We would definitely stay here again.

If you like rustic this place is awesome. Running cold water only and electrical in cabins with beautiful decks overlooking the lake. Couple of them had toilets but we opted out. They have clean seperate bathrooms and showers. Awesome artwork can be viewed throughout property. Could not say enough about the hospitality. The owners are great very accommodating and friendly and awesome to chat with. They chopped up would ready for the fire pit for us to return to from early evening fishing. Lake has fish albeit small we caught several (trout). Swimming wasn't really an option as there was much algae as the lake had released. Mind you we did see kids swimming and in all fairness the weather wasnt on our side. Do bring water for drinking as there is a water advisory water must be boiled it comes from the lake. Would return and recommend.
