Painted boat staff at reception have to be kindest and most helpful people ever. The resort was absolutely beautiful. We stayed 3 nights for our honeymoon and we are SO refreshed! Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. The room was so spacious and had a beautiful view of the marina. The kitchen had high end pots, pans and knives and had almost every small appliance you could think of. They made our stay so wonderful down to the last detail. The spa is a must.

Lovely resort. Had booked the 2 bedroom villa and was upgraded to the 2 bedroom villa loft. This was a great pandemic escape. The room has all the essentials plus more. I thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. ( you forget how much you crave it when you live in the city $. IGA is a 5 min walk. The pool and hot tub were lovely.

Would definitely go back.

It is a beautiful place we love the locations and the villa, unbelievably clean.However I did not like the customer service. Very indifferent they way they treat you. I phoned the front desk to see if we have access to the pool and they said no unless we have booked a treatment, access to jacuzzi -no unless we have a treatment. Later on i went out for a walk and i saw a guy working on the garden so asked again and he was very nice and said yes you can, you have two keys one for you room one to access the pool. We miss the opportunity to enjoy the pool. Again I went to the front desk because the room was so hot the first night we were not able to sleep and ask if the could fix the heat as the thermostat show temperate in the room at 74oF. The heated floor ran all day so the room was hot at night. The same guy say No sorry nothing we can’t do. The rooms have no air conditioner. Next morning we had to leave around 7 to catch a ferry and the office was closed to check out.

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute. We stayed in the upper 2 bed suite apartment and it was perfect, good size and a nice decking with your private BBQ.

We used the spa twice during our stay and it was so relaxing (highly recommend to book prior to your stay if you plan on using the spa). There's a spa garden you get to use but not many seats so if it's busy, you might not get to sit. We never had a problem though.

Most evenings we made full use of the BBQ (using food bought from the local IGA a few minutes drive away). We did use the restaurant once; while it was nice, it was nothing special. I don't know if I'll eat there again.

Highly recommend if you want a quiet/peaceful getaway. We plan to return!

Our go-to place for celebratory meal. The staff should be given medals for masking up all night. Chef to be complimented on some subtly complicated dishes (beet salad) Serving sizes are appropriate for modern diets and deserts are worth saving room for. 5 stars!
