Make Space Storage - Pender Harbour

We've had a couple of lockers at Make Space Storage (Pender Harbour) for 2 years now and have been delighted with their service. Every interaction has been helpful and human. Their units are well looked after and the security is good. I highly recommend them!

I have nothing but great things to say about Make Space Storage in Pender Harbour. I moved to BC from Winnipeg in September of 2019. The service I received was excellent whether by Phone or e-mail. All my inquiries were answered efficiently, timely and with a great attitude. The storage unit was reasonable in price, clean and very spacious. My main contact I dealt with was Launa, who has been wonderful! Just the other week she sent an e-mail to let me know that she received a letter from Atlas Movers for me. Atlas should have sent the letter to my home address which I had provided to them, but sent it to Make Space instead. Launa not only contacted me but re sent the letter to my home address. In this day and age this kind of customer service is hard to come by!

I love Rose and Launa working at Makes Space in Pender Harbour, they provide an outstanding service to their customers. I had been there for a number of years, and never had any issues. The units and containers are all very clean and I can only highly recommend Make Space. If I ever need storage again, I will be going to them. Thank you for all the great service!
