We absolutely love Motoko - such a kind, big hearted and talented woman! Five years ago Motoko created two wonderful pieces for us. We have cherished these works of art in our Calgary home and knew we had to collaborate with Motoko for our new place in BC. Motoko created two new pieces for us which we picked up when we visited her art gallery in September. Now we are so excited that Motoko is creating another wonderful work of art for us - we will be back for another visit in May. We truly appreciate Motoko’s talent and passion! When we think of our amazing Sunshine Coast we think of our friend and favourite artist. Motoko, thank you for the beauty you bring to the world!

Motoko's Fine Art Gallery is one of my favourite places to visit on the Sunshine Coast. Her work is expressive and vibrant, and reflects the depth, beauty and hospitality of her spirit. Standing in her beautiful gallery, surrounded by her original art, creates a moment I look forward to every year!

I visited Motoko’s Original Fine Art Gallery today and was blown away by the different media she used to create her artwork. The way she captures the essence of nature in her artwork is beautiful, and every piece has a moving story. Her hospitality is also above and beyond!

Had a wonderful visit to Motoko’s gallery, such a lovely gallery space. We arrived and she opened the gallery just for us. What a talented artist!! I’ve been looking for a piece for months and found something I loved immediately. The beauty of the work matched by the hospitality and personality of the artist. She served us tea and visited with us. My friend and I both bought prints - they’re beautiful!

Motako is an amazingly gifted artist who puts her emotions into the interpretation of what she is creating. In addition, I have never felt so welcomed at gallery. She provided Japanese tea, there was beautiful music playing and she took time to described how she created the difference pieces. Her gallery and patio were part of the whole beautiful visit. I can’t say enough about the artwork and this masterful artist. We bought two pieces and will look for more walls once we are home to see if we can buy more. Thank you so much, Motako.
