(April 4, 2018, 7:25 pm)Mt. Steele can be summited in a day, bring plenty of food and water if you plan to stay overnight in one of the cabins. Incredible views, and not too challenging of a hike. A 4x4 is recommended for the drive up the road to the main parking lot.

(July 11, 2017, 12:51 pm)Wild and remote but not too much so. Local club is maintaining the trails and a hut system. Well maintained trails. Beautiful lakes, good views from the peaks. Go there if you can! Only downside is that you are not allowed to swim in the lakes and the amount of mosquitoes in early summer.
