Nick, my sales representative, was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable and made himself available whenever I had questions.
Sunshine Coast GM gave the the fairest, no haggle, trade in valuation on my vehicle, and there was absolutely no head games or BS. Something I can’t say about all my experiences in dealing with Toyota during my new vehicle search.
The Sunshine Coast GM team made the purchase process incredibly easy and seamless despite my 5 hour ferry delays!
Nick, Patrick (the sales manager) and Deanna (the finance manager) all stayed late to help me out and had done all the leg work ahead of time to allow me to take the vehicle that day. And despite the fact that they were staying almost an hour late, at no point did they make me feel rushed in making my final decision.
It was 100% worth the trip from the mainland to the Sunshine Coast to do business with them.
I can’t recommend them enough. -

(March 25, 2022, 1:21 am)From the minute we walked on the lot Jamie was awesome. His display of honesty, humour and kindness was very refreshing.
Once I found a vehicle I was interested in he made it easy and accommodated our schedules. He brought the car to us to test drive. Then I was introduced to another amazing person, Craig, to deal with the approval process.
I now sit here looking at a car in my driveway and I couldn't be happier.

(March 17, 2022, 2:12 am)I'm not sure if anyone likes buying a new car, or any kind of car for that matter, I know I sure don't, but sooner or later it becomes necessary and guess what? .....this time it was a breeze and I was able to enjoy it for what it was and the way it should be. Adam made us feel comfortable from the moment we met him. No hard sell, "just the facts ma'am." Asked us what we had in mind and we went from there. Personable, knowledgeable and accommodating in every way, when he completed his part of the sale we were introduced to Craig in the finance department and he too was a pleasure to deal with and very good at his job. Next we had some dealings with Kim and her crew in parts & service and that was also a good experience. All and all, I can honestly say that Sunshine Coast Gm took the sting out of buying a car for us and I would be pleased to recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
