In 8 months, we set up the Learning Management System for the client and created 23 learning modules for the end-users. We designed a learning curriculum and built a learning journey in the Learning Management System for experienced and novice learners. We built an end-to-end business process to develop various kinds of training content and set it up on the client’s LMS.
Petra is an amazing Learning Consultant who has deep subject matter knowledge. Having worked with a wide variety of clients from different industries, Petra understands their unique challenges and comes up with solutions to best meet them. Petra is very client-focused and partners to deliver the best solution for her clients. Petra has a great positive attitude, creates a friendly atmosphere at work and encourages interaction and disclosure. With her strong work ethics and integrity, Petra builds genuine trust and strong relationship with her clients.
I would love to team up with Petra again. I wish her the very best in all her future endeavors. -

She is an experienced facilitator and is skillful at both listening for and to what our needs were and then co-creating a process that drove results. This was even more impressive as all of this was done online, remotely. We found the process, techniques and online tools she employed highly effective. I personally appreciated her collaborative and well-reasoned approach to our pre-meetings and sessions. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with Petra and recommend her highly.
