(October 22, 2020, 3:58 am)This place is the bomb and Sechelt is lucky to have it! Inventive menu of super tasty bowls - the Asian pesto is my fave - that changes every week. Super convenient and easy online ordering that makes life easy when you're in a rush. You can really tell they love what they do here and they put that love into the food. My go-to lunch spot in Sechelt!

Friend and I enjoyed 2 fresh, delicious, healthy bowls on the seawall. The prices are really reasonable for the quality that you get and the service is great. I can't wait to go back for future lunch breaks :)

(August 26, 2020, 6:27 pm)SO HAPPY Nourish exists in Sechelt! I'm loving the flavourful, healthy, dairy free bowls and the "cheesecakes" are a dream! Great for dairy free people like me, vegans, vegetarians & meat eaters alike! The owner & staff are super friendly too! Highly recommend Nourish!
