I cannot say enough about the excellent care I receive every time I have anything to do with the staff at FYI in Sechelt. Dr. Grant Wood and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and caring. I always leave feeling like I've been taken good care of. Thank you Dr. Wood and all your staff for your excellent health care. I LOVE my new contacts...

My wife and I have both had two pairs each. On every occasion we were met with wonderful staff who were courteous and attentive. A terrific range of glasses available and a wonderful service. Would highly recommend.

The folks here have been nothing but fantastic from start to finish!

My daughter has myopia and Dr. Wood explained all our options and we chose to try contacts. When a few months (and many text messages with Dr. Wood) had passed and we were still struggling to get them in her eyes he called to let us know we were almost at the end of the warrantee period and he suggested we send them back, get a refund and just use glasses for now and revisit the contacts when she's older.

The fact that he didn't push the more expensive option and even encouraged us to get our money back when it wasn't working I think speaks volumes to where their priorities lie, helping find the best suited solution for each individual patient. Thanks everyone!

Dr. English at FYidoctors is fantastic! I have a strong prescription, and after a lifetime of so-so glasses I saw him for a very thorough eye exam. I can now see significantly better than I have in my life. He even followed up and asked me to come in to see if any tweaks could be made. I'm so happy about my experience here, which was affordable and had a big impact on my vision.

This is why I NEVER buy my contacts online: very sore eye last 24 hrs, got an emergency appt with Dr. Wood at FYI in Wilson Creek, who then got me in immediately with specialist Dr. Nelson.

Serious corneal infection - those of us who wear contacts are at risk of getting them, even with one-wear dailies, and more so for diabetics - drops every half hour for a day or so.

This is the second time in 7 years an infection has occurred and we caught it very early this time... because Dr. Wood knows my eyes and what to do right from the beginning.

No amount of $$ savings on mail order contacts could convince me to go without Dr. Wood and FYI on my health care team.
