Called on a Saturday and John was here on time on Monday morning, calling ahead to let us know he was on his way. Rather than throw his hands in the air and make this a really big project, he got creative and was able to fix the door, stiffening the damaged sections and pounding out a buckled section so it looks good too. Good communication, on-time, courteous, great work and less costly than expected ... 5 stars and a big Thank You!

Josh from Davis Bay Door first came by and looked at the situation and made it clear that the 30 year old track and drive unit were obsolete and the boom was distorted too much for it to ever work properly. He then provided me with a quotation for a new unit. I agreed to the upgrade. The following week the office called ahead to confirm the time and date. Josh returned to make it happen. Josh did a clean, professional install. He provided clear instructions not only on the operation but also on common issues, error codes and how to program the remotes, should I ever have to do it. Fair pricing and great service!
