Though we were all over the map in terms of the type of housing options we were considering, Heather did a fantastic job of understanding our unique needs and drawing our attention to suitable properties as soon as they became available. She was patient as we visited multiple properties, and was always prompt in responding to communications. She was an excellent, knowledgeable guide as we navigated the process of buying our first home, helping us feel confident and informed as we made this major life decision. It was truly a pleasure to work with her!
