Our custom design required engineered concrete piers on rock in a gulley. Matt's team with Reuben as site super not only embraced our vision but owned it! Our contractor friends are impressed by the quality and timing of the project was right on the button.

Marshall consulted with us almost on a daily basis, making several suggestions that really enhanced the over all functionality and aesthetics of our home. The team were always super helpful and respectful. We would definitely recommend J Toelle Construction to anyone planning to build a home.

(December 5, 2023, 8:38 pm)We cannot sing the praises of J. Toelle Construction loud enough. We were impressed at every stage of the building of our home. To start with, Marshall Toelle and team did a superb job in orienting the house to fit beautifully with the landscape and maximize views. The site came with challenges and his team dealt with building on uneven, rocky terrain with amazing skill. A wonderful aspect of our building experience was dealing with Marshall – he was a clear communicator and often, after carefully listening to our thoughts, would come back with even better suggestions for improvements. Throughout the process his keen eye for esthetics made a real difference. His team and the subtrades were all fantastic. One thing that we believe is almost unheard of in the home construction industry is that J. Toelle Construction came in under budget.
We cannot thank him enough for building us an amazing home and have promised to bring him cookies on the day we moved in for the next 20 years. -

Clients come back again and again for another little add on project. Warranty or tweak visits are only a call away. I have been witness to this over 10+ years as a subtrade, and chose them for my own home project for this reason.
