On the very first visit,,he was able to find the trouble spots and treated them accordingly, massage, exercises, needling and heat! Finally I feel like I’m able to get some relief! Looking forward to the next visit!

(January 13, 2024, 5:18 pm)I was not a firm believer that Physio would be able to fix me. I saw Evan and told him my story. He was concerned about me, wanted to help, talked with me, did a treatment and then gave me some exercises to do from home. I felt comfortable and felt heard. Both receptionists Amanda and Kelly have been wonderful at booking and then rearranging appointments due to weather.
If you are looking to go to Physio definitely try this place. Thank you Active Living. -

(November 8, 2023, 1:02 am)Had my initial meeting and assessment by Lindsey at Active Living Physiotherapy and I am most impressed. The care and attention to my needs when I do receive my new hip was excellent. The exercises I am to do were explained, modeled and finally I had to do them so she could see that I had them down. All in all a great experience, though painful now that I am home (not anyone's fault) just a bum hip!
