Whistler Elopements

We absolutely loved working with Whistler Elopements team. We received a world-class wedding experience without lifting a finger or turning into bridezilla(s). I can say we truly enjoyed every second of the day.

Being in the PNW, weather can be finicky. Because the team is so familiar with Whistler they have plan B, C and even D ready for you just in case. We initially planned to take jeeps up to the top of Whistler with our immediately families, but a few days prior to the wedding we had to switch our plans because the snow line was too low to get to our destination. I think most people would panic at this point. Within a day, Steve helped us figure out a new plan, he scoped the scene, & provided a new itinerary. We still had our ceremony at the peak overlooking the glacier and had a cheers with Champagne and cheese boards (ah-mazing!). We’re not religious and Steve’s ceremony/speech was absolutely perfect. It was so on point with adventure and mountains, and who we are as people. The day was better than we could have imagined. If you can imagine it, Whistler Elopements can make it happen!

Steve, Tara, and Dom were an absolute blast to work with and we are so happy with the memories from the day. I mean look at these photos!! Over the moon with our experience.

We had the most fabulous wedding day with Whistler Elopements. They made the planning easy and the day fun and stress-free, even with plans changing last minute due to weather. Steve, Tara, and Paul were an absolute blast to work with and we are extremely happy with the photos and videos from the day. I am so grateful a friend recommended them for our wedding. Natacha was also amazing. She did our hair and make-up and was wonderful to have there as we were getting ready. I'm sure she will make an excellent officiant and new member of the Whistler Elopements team.

After postponing our original wedding plans multiple times due to Covid, we decided to elope. It was hands down the best decision and we have 0 regrets thanks to the magical work of Whistler Elopements! Steve and Tara were fantastic and easy to get along with. They made us feel comfortable and it was easy to be ourselves around them. Unfortunately Paul had previous arrangements that day, but we were able to fly in our original wedding videographer, Rob Malo, from Montreal. Even though it was their first time meeting and working together, Steve and Tara were welcoming and open. Everything from the planning to the wedding day was perfect. Steve is a triple threat with his planning skills, photography and officiating a beautiful ceremony. Tara is so sweet and talented, her photography is really what gave Whistler Elopements an edge over other options we were looking into and we are SO glad we chose Whistler Elopements. Our wedding day was a dream come true and the day was so smooth and stress-free. We highly highly recommend this amazing team!

After being together for 12 years since high school, we were tired of postponing our wedding plans due to Covid restrictions so we decided to elope. We chose Whistler Elopements because of the quality and style of photography and other offered services. Steve and Tara were awesome to work with. They made us feel comfortable and since they took care of all the planning, we had a stress-free wedding day. We highly recommend to everyone!

We are completely blown away by the incredible Whistler Elopements team. Steve, Tara and Paul, we can’t say thank you enough for being a part of our special day. From the initial conversation with Steve, we knew we were in good hands. He was kind, genuine and so patient in answering my MANY questions. I’m so grateful for all his suggestions, advice and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process. My vision truly came to life on the wedding day and it’s all because of you! It’s crazy to think we met the Whistler Elopements team for the first time on our wedding day. Steve, Tara and Paul felt like friends we had known for some time and this completely eased our nerves and had us laughing the entire day!

Tara, we are completely obsessed with ALL of our pictures and we have no idea how we will choose some favourites! We have decided we need all of them printed!!!! Lol

Paul, the teaser video still gives us goosebumps and teary eyed. We’ve probably watched it 100 times!!!! We can still feel the magic of our wedding day when we watch this back. We can’t hardly wait for the full video ♥️

All of our friends and family have said our pictures are from a magazine and the video made them cry. Or the latest from friends “I hope it’s okay I’ve been showing your wedding photos to literally everyone I know…” 😂

We will forever be thankful. HIGHLY recommend this team for any special event!!! Personally we’re trying to figure out a way we can get back to BC to hang out with Steve, Tara and Paul again!
