(October 21, 2021, 2:32 pm)I was installing a Secus myself at home last night and made a mistake that left me unable to proceed or go back because something was stuck. I emailed the company at 7:00 p.m. hoping for a response the next day so I could still make my Moab trip. Instead of the next day I got a solution back from Steve 30 minutes later. I finished the install the same night and the fork feels great now. This is the kind of customer service that makes your day and you write reviews for. Thank you!

(September 22, 2018, 4:36 am)Hands down the best place I have ever been too for servicing. One day turn around, called to let me know I needed extra parts, tuned the shock, and most of all was way cheaper then I expected!
10/10 would recommend if you have suspension issues. -

(September 29, 2017, 8:33 pm)Luftkappe. Great product and friendly customer service. Installed 2x on a Pike and 2x on Lyrik 2017. The fork performs much better on small bumps and at beginning of the stroke as well as staying high in the travel. I would buy again.

(October 10, 2016, 9:58 pm)I bring my fork/shocks to Vorsprung every time I need a service and it comes out like a brand suspension. They are so friendly when I drop it off, they explain everything they did to it to me when I pick it up, as well as answer all my questions. Def won't be bringing my shocks anywhere else in town because it never compares or feels as good as after a service at Vorsprung! - Adam
