My wife and I wanted to save some money doing the process by ourselves and it was a huge mistake. We were running out of time and we decided to contact them thanks to a recommendation of a friend. They were very clear and professional since the beginning and they took the case even when the deadline was really really close. I got my work permit in 6 months and my permanent residence 5 months later (11 months in total) which is great in times of pandemic. Jenny, Silvana and all the Perez Mckenzie team, you are the best! We used Jenny Perez services to help us with obtaining Permanent Residency and she helped us a lot! We had a difficult situation when we decided to apply for PR and went to several immigration lawyers and only Jenny found a way to help us and guided us through the process. In the end we used several consultations through our whole application process, but knowing what we know now we would decide to just let Perez McKenzie Immigration make an application for us. We thought we would save some money by doing it ourselves but in the end the stress we had by not knowing what will happen wasn't worth it. Luckily there was a happy ending to our story and me and my girlfriend are now both happy Permanent Residents. A colleague of mine initially suggested going to see Jenny when I started into my PR process. My initial meeting with her was so helpful and straightforward - she asked me about my background and planned out the best choice of path for me to go down. From there I clearly knew what avenue to take and worked my way through the process. I tried to then complete the application myself but in final stages reached back out to Jenny for advice and I’m so glad I did as I had done a couple of things incorrectly, which could have been detrimental to submit the way it was. From there I signed on to receive full representation from Jenny’s team, and was from there helped by Silvana who has been incredibly fast with responses, so easy to talk to and always willing to help me with any questions I’ve had along the way. Silvana has been wonderful and I thank her (and Jenny) for all of her help and support. I’m now a Canadian permanent resident!
