Being on my own in a fast moving real estate market was daunting and stressful to say the least. Kristen was extremely patient and encouraged me to view many different places. She also kept reminding me to keep looking and don’t settle until I found the home that was right for me. Kristen was an absolute professional in every way and was really effective at decreasing the stress and worry during the entire process. Her attention to detail and sense of urgency made everything seem to effortlessly fall in to place for me as a nervous first time home buyer. I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a real estate agent and I will definitely seek her representation in the future.

She is quick to respond, always thoughtful, considerate and light. She is an all around cool human and very professional. She has made settling into Squamish and maneuvering through COVID much less challenging. We are very grateful for all that she has done for us and would recommend her to anyone looking for representation.

She became a friend in the process and provided help in a way that friends help each other. Never out of touch and always ready to give us sound advice when emotions were running high. Let's face it, we all know moving is hell but it was turned into a positive experience with Kristen. I would strongly recommend Kristen to handle anyone's transactions.

Being new to the area, she gave us details of the different neighbourhoods, and showed us a wide range of properties - which wasn't easy because of Covid. Very quickly she figured out what we liked, so it didn't take long to find a property we absolutely loved! Her knowledge of the area is brilliant, her experience is impeccable, as she asked the selling agent all the questions we would want answered but never remembered in the buzz of viewing a house, and she was always available for any questions we had as we navigated all the admin that goes along with buying a house. Since we've moved to town, Kristen has also made us feel very welcome. We're so glad we found Kristen, she is definitely the realtor you want!
