(March 8, 2021, 10:47 pm)Walked in on the off chance the lads here had a spare power block for a monitor. Walked out 10 minutes later with everything sorted. Super friendly and had the spare parts I needed. Couldn't recommend them more highly if you're around the Whistler area.

Holden had the best time learning and felt so excited to be able to take what he built home and use it. The guys were so friendly, helpful, professional and patient. I highly recommend their computer building workshop :)

(November 15, 2020, 8:26 pm)James at Control Alt Delete is my go to guy for IT help, he is very responsive and professional and knowledgeable. He was able to "salvage" my daughter's laptop after a coffee spill had us unable to turn it on. The Apple specialist company in town took a look at it and told us it was a write off, as the cost to repair would cost more than buying new. So we bought new and then gave both laptops to James to see if he could transfer over any of the files to the new computer..... the next day he told me that he instead for the "coffee spill" computer back up and running, and a year later it is still working without any troubles. My most recent experiences with James has been to hep when my laptop got a virus and also to help in moving over domains as I re-brand my business and getting my website and email moved over. I really appreciate Jame's knowledge, and he is always quick to reply to me and gets the work done by the time he says he will. Thank you James!

I went to work around the area, James was nice to lend me a laptop to complete my job. I was complete stranger. I highly recommend them. If they can help out a fellow tech this way, it means they stand by their services.
