From the delicious appetizers (I'm talking quail eggs, handmade cheese deliciousness!) to the entrees of the most fabulous beef, amazing vegetables, so many different dishes...we were SO impressed! It was the best "at home" Chef dinner that we've experienced. It was as if our kitchen was his restaurant and he was serving our group with the best fresh ingredients for his many creative dishes. You will love David's fabulous food and Louise and Lucy made everything SO fun for us all. Truly a great experience...thank you David, Lucy and Louise!!! We wish you were in the US! Cheers!!!

With 18 guests and many dietary restrictions (which were so easily accommodated) from the arrival and set up, to the service, and the food. EVERYTHING was perfect.
Jennifer on service was so warm and helpful with many aspects of both our wedding brunch as well as our themed dinner a few nights before.
David was quick and responsive to every email sent along the way and was willing and eager to make any requested adjustments.
When we return to whistler we will definitely be in touch with David again. -

The planning was easy and David brought such great ideas to the meal planning process. The food and service was out of this world and even better than we could’ve imagined. Their special touches really made our trip and I recommend them highly.

(March 15, 2022, 3:20 am)Chef David delivered an artistically pleasing four course meal that satisfied the eyes, hearts, and bellies of all in the group. The service was the best I have had in a long time, out of all the restaurants I have been too as well. They were super polite and tended to all our needs, along with leaving our kitchen cleaner than when they had shown up. I highly recommend!
