Excellent service, personable and professional staff, and very strong in terms of communication and follow up. When I suggest a service provider to a client, I need to be certain that their work will meet expectations, as my own reputation can be negatively affected by poor service. Black Bear is a company I trust. Highly recommended.

The team is polite and responsive, they communicate well and the follow up is thorough. Of course their carpet and upholstery cleaning services are great but the fact that they now also offer vent cleaning and have a use of a camera, is amazing. I highly recommend them.

(December 8, 2020, 10:42 pm)Tomas and his team were very professional, quick on communication, on-time, flexible to accommodate us last minute and did a great job. Tomas responded to us over email even after hours. Having just taken possession of our townhome, he was able to fit the job in last minute at the end of Oct so that we could enjoy the new place knowing all the carpets and sofas were professionally cleaned. The crew showed up, carefully moved all the furniture around as needed and placed plastic leg covers on all the wooden furniture to ensure they don't absorb the moisture from the cleaning. We will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to our friends & neighbours.
