Jules is the best on the phone. Knowledgeable and just a nice person. Everyone in town reccamended this place to me and I like what I see so far. If you have car trouble go see this place. I think the key is that they understand lifes up and downs and that people are stressed these days and paying for repairs sucks. This place is fair to it's customers. -

(June 25, 2020, 7:04 pm)We had the best experience with Barney's, having broken down on the highway and having our van towed to their garage late that evening. Barney's put it through a diagnostic as soon as possible and contacted us the next morning. Unfortunately for us, the damage was out of their hands. However, they kept the van there and contacted a garage in North Vancouver, in which they trusted and have used before, they proceeded to get our van booked in at the garage and gave us advice on how to save money on towing in the future with BCAA cover. Barney's didn't charge us for their time. A good quality, good value, professional and on time service! We highly recommend Barney's.
