Auley is a unique combination to find in a realtor: she has the data chops from a career in appraisal that gave us highly accurate valuations and value assessments, along with the interpersonal skills to make us feel more confident in the quickly changing market we have found ourselves in in 2022.

Specifically, I appreciate that Auley manages to walk the fine line of being very open and honest with us in regards to value (usually coming within single digit percentages of sold prices as we watch the market move). She never makes us feel pressured to go outside of our comfort zone, but was also frank with us if she felt we weren't in a position to write competitive offers. She has always worked hard for us, been patient with us and brought valuable insider market knowledge of Squamish and Whistler to the table every time. She has guided us well during the most challenging buying time of our house purchase history so far and for that I cannot appreciate her enough.

Auley is the Whistler realtor who surprised me. I didn’t realize how valuable it was to have someone who spent years doing property assessments for BC Assessment. We would roll up to a property that I was interested in and immediately she was pointing out things with the roof, the age of the siding, the number of years before a group of trees would kill the view, etc. I was simply blown away by her knowledge and her ability to find value. I even told her she should start a YouTube channel where she guesses the price something will sell for because she’s bang on every time.

And then there was her personality. A true Whistler local mother of two, with a competitive spirit and a “do good for the community” perspective.

And with that comes the network. Auley knows the right people in the sea to sky area. And by right people, I don’t mean realtors. I mean the owners. She was able to get the inside scoop on sellers motivations, needs and wants for things way outside of just dollars and cents. What I learned from her is that it’s not always about the money. As a result, she helped us prepare unique offers that were tailored to the seller and position us to win and gain value.

Highly recommended and would use her again.
