Offering high safety/health ratings as well as styling that turns a functional piece into a design feature in the home. However, while our new stove is everything we hoped I'm reviewing because the customer service offered is remarkable. They are busy and growing but never fail to return calls and complete work in a professional and courteous manner. In the showroom, Emma was knowledgeable and really listened to our needs. During our installation process Rich and company went over and above to make sure this experience was one of the best.

(October 19, 2018, 5:00 am)My gas fireplace wouldn't start and I had spent the last two weeks looking for someone to come in and tell me what was wrong. Emma reached out and that very night Richard text me to give me a few options of what the problem could be. He was at my house repairing it the next day and now we will be toasty warm for the winter. Outstanding service, incredible response time, and solid workmanship. Highly recommend!

Whether your looking for something rustic, modern, stand alone or a sleek design for your wall. All of their products are like a work of art, your sure to find something that will be perfect for your home. Also Richie and Emma are two of the nicest people to deal with. They really helped make this whole process stress free and enjoyable for me. I would definitely keep coming back and using their services.
