(March 27, 2023, 1:03 am)O...M...G! This place had literally some of the best Phó I've ever had!! 😍 I had the steak Phó, tried some of my friend's chicken Phó, as well as the spring rolls. Their tea is quite delicious too 😋 we will for sure be coming back here MANY more times as we explore the Squamish area. I highly recommend coming here and would give them 1,000 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️ if it were possible!!! A must visit restaurant in Squamish 😄 Can't wait to return! Thank you 😊

(August 19, 2022, 11:28 pm)Perfect bowl of pho. The chicken was moist but crispy on the outside. Broth was perfectly flavorful and almost addictive. Even the spring rolls I loved (I’m usually not a big spring roll person), it had a delicious and unique filling. Oh and the Vietnamese coffee was PHENOMENAL

Pho was delicious, and lots of meat and noodle. Broth was tasty. A bit on the pricy side (~$18) compared to Pho in the city.

(May 24, 2022, 3:36 am)Genuinely surprised to find a decent pho place in Squamish. At initial thought, I was hoping for the best - I thought my partner and I were at a tourist trap but I was wrong, the food was really good and the owners are Vietnamese!
We ordered the special pho with beef tripe, beef ball and rare beef, passionfruit drink and some spring rolls. The broth for the pho was delicious, if you can master that, everything else usually would taste great and it is the case for Taste of Saigon.
Service was also very friendly, our waitress served us tea immediately and our food came out within 10 minutes after we placed our order. I highly recommend this place for post-climb or post-hike noms.
