(July 1, 2018, 2:08 am)I contacted Emily about some back pain that was keeping me from working. She made it work so that I could see her the next day. After the treatment I felt immediately better, my mobility and strength came right back.
I would highly recommend Emily to anyone, she got me back to my regular activities much sooner than I anticipated -

(June 27, 2018, 3:52 pm)I ended up seeing Emily randomly when I couldn't get in to see my regular physio. I was really happy with my visit and ended up booking in to see her a few more times. I had shoulder surgery for a labral tear and although my shoulder was more stable, I was still having trouble lifting heavier weights at the gym. Emily's style of physio seemed to allow her to see old injuries that were also hindering my shoulder from getting to that next level and back to 100%. What she did made a huge difference to how my shoulder moved and felt, each session I did with Emily helped a ton and after a few sessions I didn't have any issues anymore at the gym. I would definitely recommend seeing Emily and I will definitely come back again for any future injuries

Based on my symptoms, she systematically assessed my body and quickly identified the problems that were causing my back to be in constant pain. She mentioned that she was being very careful with her corrections. I was impressed that she would do 2 or more different tests to confirm certain things before making an adjustment.
Being an active resident in Squamish, getting back to what I love to do (FAST) is a priority. Emily was excellent. I will definitely go see her next time I require physiotherapy.
