During COVID he was one of the few places that could get my bikes serviced in a reasonable turnaround time. I have had nothing but amazing service done on my bike, he has an attention to detail and dedication to getting fixes done perfect that I haven't experienced elsewhere. Also his knowledge on parts, service, maintenance across all three of my bikes (road, gravel, MTB) makes me comfortable taking all my rigs to him!
