(April 3, 2019, 12:28 am)I had been suffering with all kinds of back pain after a fractured vertibrae injury that I received almost 20 years ago and the strain of construction work. I have been to many RMT's and physiotherapists in that time with minimal effect on the pain that I was experiencing almost all the time. After just a few treatments with Jonas there was dramatic reduction of pain and improvement in mobility. After several treatments I was actually pain free for the first time in what seemed like forever! Now I go about 6 months before having any back issues or pain and they are usually caused by a heavy work load (construction). A few more treatments and I'm good until the next time I lift something I shouldn't have, lol.

(December 28, 2018, 8:34 pm)Jonas has helped me with my frozen shoulder after one treatment. I came to see him after my friend referred me to him since my shoulder was getting worse. I don't usually go for massages for injuries but I'm glad I did. I was able to return to the gym shortly after seeing Jonas. In addition, I've had back pain for quite a while now from repetitive sitting motions and poor posture. Jonas was able to provide relief and suggested good stretches for me to do which help a lot. I would refer Jonas to my family and friends who are in pain.
