I have talked to professionals, tried all kinds of rehab exercises and nothing seemed to help until Dr. Elliott took a look at all of my training and climbing as a whole and came up with a plan that addressed it all and finally got past this injury 🙏

I have been working with him for a few months now, I had a couple of finger injuries that he helped get through, I had a consultation call with him where he was able to assess the situation and immediately alter my routine for rehab. It is effective and got the job done quickly and comfortably.
With his climbing training I feel stronger than ever, the training program is easy to follow and simply FUN and catered towards my climbing goals.
He is also a genuinely nice person, very motivated, and enjoys helping other, can't recommend him enough!!!
