Two treatments with Alexi and I cannot believe how much better I’m feeling. After the first treatment, I felt like I was able to take the deepest breath I have taken in a long time. I felt cracked open in a way, but incredibly grounded at the same time.
Since the second treatment, there has been a marked improvement in my symptoms, and that would be enough to convince me to continue with treatments. But beyond relief of the physical symptoms, I feel more so much more tuned in to myself, less frazzled and just generally feel more at ease in the world. Balanced, in a word.
I have always been a big proponent of body work for its physical, mental and spiritual benefits. We are so fortunate to have a therapist like Alexi here in Squamish!
