Of course we discovered things to work on and Karen has so many great ideas for exercises. I can’t wait to go again to keep on learning :D -

Been having constant shoulder issues for a few years, Karen was able to diagnose the issue and give me all the proper exercises to fully heal all in a single session. Been a month since and completely pain and numb free. Highly recommend!

She was able to quickly diagnose where the issues were coming from and provide a strong physio program moving forward. I was able to complete my first Squamish50 50KM run successfully thanks to her!!!

She also assisted me with my tibia surgery recovery. Took me 5 tries to find a physio as good as her. If you want someone that takes a smart and logical approach to fixing your body consider yourself lucky she’s in your area haha.
