We have had nothing but excellent service since. Brad is very responsive to trouble calls and brings a significant amount of knowledge to the the planning table as it relates to IT solutions. When a suggested solution doesn't work, he is quick to own it and offer a new solution. He is very flexible and easy to reach through phone, text and email. Better Computing is the IT solution we have been looking for to provide the necessary support as we engage new IT strategy.
