Update: the company is also responsive and awesome! :D

Top notch customer service. Always. Every time I have a question, I'm able to get a super quick answer, either via their chat, or through email. I love supporting a local company, and having the option to visit to pick up my orders (in non-COVID times). I recently got a pair of the Women's Foundation briefs. Ordered on Monday, they were delivered on Wednesday.
i absolutely LOVE the compostable packaging the briefs came in!!! I'm really sick of over packaged gear, and really happy to see some environmentally responsible packaging.

My only gripe is that I wish sizing was a bit more inclusive. I'm usually a street size 12, and I"m at the very top end of 7Mesh sizing. Got an XL in the Glide path shorts, and they're a tad too tight. I"m not a gigantic person, and it's a little irritating that I can't buy baggies from you guys. It would be great to see you offer sizing to folks who are on the bigger end of the spectrum. Hopefully this will be something to consider as your awesome company grows. Lots of larger people are riding, and deserve to have great gear.

When these guys first appeared on the scene I thought that they had great pedigree and an awesome story - but I almost didn't want to like their kit based on the cost. It's definitely not cheap stuff, and I was happy enough with the kit I already had. Then my wife got me a pair of their Glidepath shorts for Christmas and all of a sudden every other pair of riding shorts I owned was relegated to the back of the drawer. The fit is perfect, the locking tabs on the waistband adjuster work better than any velcro or snaps ever could, and the design of the zippered pockets is pure genius. They're tough - having slid down granite rock faces and have been hurled to the ground on a number of occasions they still look new. They dry pretty fast so it's possible to wash them in the late evening and have them dry by the next day - but when I'm feeling lazy I'll still wear these for several days in a row rather than pulling on another pair [of non-7mesh shorts]. I now own 2 pair of Glidepath shorts, a pair of Revos (waterproof and an absolute godsend for those who ride through the winter in the PNW or anywhere legitimately wet), and a Skypilot jacket. That Revo/Skypilot combo got me through a cold and wet winter where I rode more days than I didn't and have held up supremely well. If you're on a tight budget these probably aren't for you - there are other brands that work ok and definitely cost less. But if you want the best performing product you can get your hands on, look no further. Amortized over the total number of wearings these will probably come out as excellent value in the end. But if you assign value to the fit and performance of the piece as well as durability and longevity, I don't think any other brand comes close.

Recently bought Seymour tights and Cypress jacket. The tights fit as advertised: tights! Midline seam to the knee , very snug fit (like a second skin) pulled over my bibs. Super comfortable to ride in and the right amount of warmth (down to -3C so far). Highly recommend. Cypress jacket is very comfortable, stretches to accommodate different layers without being too tight and an excellent front wind blocker with a breathable back.
Top quality gear made by folk who know bad weather

I placed my order online and it came with in three days.
I ordered the Glidepath shorts in xl black. I am 6’4” and love the length of these shorts.
They arrived in a nice quality plastic pouch and also came with a cool 7mesh sticker.
Right away I could see the quality of these shorts
They are super comfortable and light with two regular pockets and two large zippered pockets.
I am very pleased with this purchase.

When something is made so well you you don't notice you're wearing it, it's a pretty awesome experience. I had the privilege to tour the shop and see the passion and thought put into these products. Can't wait to see what's coming next from these guys.
