Developer has responded to neighbour’s & community at large ’s concerns about registered public easement/ bicycle path.
Phase II: will soon begin providing more market housing.
Owners have stated concerns over adjacent property flooding will be addressed at 1st thaw (i.e. shipping containers depressing SW corner). We're pleased Radius / Innovation Building / Vidorra Development's is - belatedly - enacting the "Good Neighbour" Policy.
